2026 Schedule

One way to fix this is if the ACC moves BC to Cuse in '26. BC received an extra ACC home game going to 9 conference games.

For Cuse having BC and Pitt either always away or at home made no sense.

I couldn't find my prior post but BC, Louisville, Pitt, Syracuse can all swap each other home and away to get a BC-Pitt split for SU. Heck if we really pushed it we probably can get this changed for next season. No one loses their ACC H/A splits just change the who.

I understand the math on why people want 6 vs. 7 home games.

But if my options are 6 games (Notre Dame, Clemson, Louisville, SMU, Cal, New Hampshire) vs. 7 games (4 ACC, 2 G5, 1 FCS), I'm taking 6 games every time.

I hear you but I don’t think SU would drop an FCS game.

I guess some posters said U Conn was harder to wiggle out of. If the ACC had made our 9th conference game a home game, we would be fine. The 6 game home slate is quite strong, that much we can say
Of course ACC logic awards the extra home game to NC State giving them only 3 away games in conference. Plus a neutral site game in Rio. All told they only play 4 true road games in the fall.

That’s insane! I didn’t know that. This conference blows

Shouldn't the AD be less worried about annoying UConn than annoying their own fans?
I get the home game thing. I hope they work something out for the fans, what that is I have no idea. I would be more upset with the ACC. Having said that there is a multitude of reasons why when Syracuse was put into the position to likely burn a bridge to choose Toledo over UConn.

That was supposed to be UVa's home game under the contract that set them up as OOC games to replace games we both lost (ours was supposed to be Indiana).

what was the rush to get this done with so little notice anyway?
So they announce the schedule , raise the price of tickets.I pay my renewal , and they change the schedule but leave the pricing as it was. At the least , this is disingenuous. At the most, it’s dishonest.

Sure, we should be mad that ACC has screwed us over yet again.

We also should be mad at our AD for allowing the ACC to run us over with a train again.

While the 6 game home slate is a good home slate, many renewed their season tickets under the premise that they would have 7 home games.

This meant the price hike that they saw in the renewal made sense.

Ive now suffered through losing my OG seats to the student section that generally cant fill the section and leaves my seats empty and then went to a "comparable" price area, only to have them raise my seat prices the last three years.

All of that with hardly any recognition or benefit for being a season ticket holder from Syracuse University...

Maybe next time they'll at least give me some Vaseline before they bend me over.

They will for a fee…

So they raise the cost and then take away a game and don't even bother reaching out to tell people. I am sure many don't follow it all that close this far out.

then we will get a 7th game the next yr and costs will go up again.

Just tell your doctor that you won't need a colonscopy for several years.

Exactly

A Level season ticket prices per game...

2021 $71.43
2022 $92.86
2023 $108.33
2024 $103.57
2025 $125
2026 $141.67

The price in 2021 was a steal. Next year will be twice as much. Even worse when you consider one game each year is an FCS game. Who is happy at a face value of $140 for that?

The prices are getting dangerously close to where it is better to pick and chose a few games vs being a STH. There will be a bump across the board this year because of Notre Dame. But going forward for non parent's weekend ACC games it will be about 90% capacity. Less for G5 games, and roughly 75% for FCS games. There will be seats available. And that isn't even counting the secondary market which in many cases will be under face value.

The only reason is to get parking really, if value is the key. I figure half my ticket is just to support the team.

Same reason I had my college hockey tickets for 40 yrs and gave them up. Demand went down, easy to get a seat to almost every game and I was throwing half my tickets away as the kids went away and no one wanted to go any more.

Even my 3 Fb tickets the last 2 yrs I have used all 3 only 3 times. But I figure grand kid is close to maybe wanting to go so they may get used again.
