2026 Winter Workouts

I think WR will be good again. I think we have great replacement depth. Seemed just like yesterday when the sky was falling with gill & cook gone.
Young depth as well which is very exciting for the years to come

Again - we do NOT get Calvin if he doesn’t get a shot on the hoops team.

Point blank, period.

So - it was either this, or no Calvin.
I’ll go with this.
Red should play him. What’s the difference other than injury. Show that he gets run and commit to the programs.

That’s my biggest problem with Red let Calvin play you are wasting his time and talent on the bench.

Dude should be the weight trainer for the guys on the b-ball team.
I think the Rob Harris hire for S&C on the basketball team was an absolute success, home run, triumphant display of decision making, and was critical to the early success of the basketball team (such as it was). Any criticism of Harris, even tongue in cheek, is ill informed. He did great work getting those kids physically ready to play.

EDIT: I knew I was a bit of a Harris fanboy, but even I was surprised by the intensity of my non sequitur defense of him on the football board. ;)

Keep Harris & Kline

That’s about where it ends.

I'm not saying that he was bad all around. Conditioning was excellent, however a lot of these guys could have stood to put on 10 pounds or so of muscle as they get pushed around a lot, especially Donnie on the blocks and Kiyan trying to get his shots off when he goes to the hoop.
