It's actually the 2026 class that should have been larger with Spallina class graduating next spring. Though SU kept that pretty compact, I suspect this one will be bigger and I suspect attack and FOGO to be well represented.

I don't quite get why they dont let the summer season play out before making these rankings. I would think how those kids play over the summer is a substantial data point.

Watching Chase Cogan the WG kid. Hes playing box lacrosse for the Onieda Lacrosse Mens league... Mostly 25yr old+ players... he has 5 goals... the kid is HUGE. The competition isnt the best but a young kid going against grown men was impressive.

Sweetlax Upstate 27s only lost one game this spring. Their National team will be at this event. I assume they have some high level kids beyond Holbrough.

I think it's Sweetlax National at Naptown and not Sweetlax Upstate. Id guess a fair amount of overlap though. Sweetlax Upstate dominated at the Sweetlax event in Delaware a couple of weekend ago.

Correct, SL navy is their national team.

I know he’s been brought up but Riley Woods needs to be priority target #1 in this class. Canadian stud attackman. Based on his instagram following he’s interested in Cuse. Really hope we land him. He looks like Hiltz 2.0

This will be a massive class for SU. They likely have some extra spots and are coming off the final four appearance. Need to keep expectations in check for sure but this needs to be a top 5 class once the dust settles. I suspect Attack and FOGO will feature prominently.

Follows some cuse. Didn’t look at them all but also follows a few other schools. Def be a huge get.

He looks like a great player. To me like he might be a better dodger than Hiltz, but the assist numbers aren't what Hiltz was putting up in high school. Very creative and shoots the ball very well. Again, dodging looks to be a strong suit (Hiltz COULD dodge, but was known more for his shooting and passing). He's a little bigger than Hiltz at 5'11 as well. Would be a tremendous pickup.

We usually get an inkling of which recruits might be interested in SU before Sept 1st kicks off, but I haven't seen or heard anything yet. Hopefully Woods is front and center of the recruiting efforts.

woods follows pretty much every acc and b1g team...not saying he isnt interested in cuse he very well may be...but i wouldnt take much from instagram follows. you can bet that unc, duke, nd, maryland, hop, etc. will be after him too...prob princeton and cornell as well
