2027 Recruiting

That sounds shocking at first, but it's less than what a full scholarship would pay (cost of attendance around 90k x 4 years). Now, that + a scholarship. . . .
especially if Dook is that "other" ACC school fully funding 48 MLAX scholarships.

If I was a billionaire I’d just throw the roof at the top 20 kids in country and try to get 7-10 a year. Especially the kids with insane size and athleticism at 5 star.

FWIW these are the remaining poles Coach O follows that are uncommitted:

Andrew Danglier
Mark Mattliano
Carter Kehl
Sean Currie
Who’s the offense guys O or March follow still? lol

Any insight on the last 5 star to announce today? Bryce said there'd be three more earlier and there have been two since

I heard that a new Duke commit is getting $250K in NIL money.

Posted last year that a certain billionaire Hopkins alum offered a kid $200k over 4 years. I think i was almost shamed off the board! My friend had heard from the kid’s dad and he ended up going to Maryland.

Who is Jacob Adams?

I dont think it's my place to share (yet). I think there is a good chance he will be a commit though. Should that happen or should he commit elsewhere, I'll let you know what I know.
Thanks man… I do have to say though, this is me if Matthew’s commits to Pedd state.

Is any other school paper giving lacrosse recruiting coverage right now? The Daily Tar Heel certainly isn't. The Daily Orange is! Come to 'Cuse.

Does any campus care about lacrosse more than Syracuse? Does any school even come close? Hop? Joey made a point of this when he committed.

There are sections of students and alumni who care certainly at every school. But, even as a Hop alum, the answer is Syracuse, and it's not particularly close to any other school.

But what's become clear is that many players, with some exceptions, don't place that as highly on their list of considerations (or the coaches are just straight misleading them).
