I googled images just to see if I could find a recent one and this was among the first I saw. I thought the guy in the red sweater in the Dome photo looked too old, but I'm pretty sure I just proved it was him.

The towel guy is pretty easy to spot. Just to the left of the basket on the visitor's bench side. About even with the Time Warner Cable logo. The Duke fans in question are either out of their seats (picture was taken at the under 12 timeout) or obscured by the camera man standing on the court filming the crowd.

They are probably out of their seats after they were escorted out by security.
