It already is a national embarrassment. We are not competitive with anyone good and a sure victory marked in schedules when fans look ahead. Duke could name the score against us . Spread will likely by 20-22 and the only way we cover is if dook goes up by 30 and stops playing. Eddie can get some rebounds and buckets late .

I meant more when mass market dook fans buy all the stubhub courtside tix and it looks like a blue-out on TV.

On the plus side, shots fired. School is obviously feeling the financial pressure.

I don’t know why anyone would buy right from SU/TM anymore. Honestly don’t know why you’d buy nosebleed seasons now either.

Can almost guarantee you I could save several hundred dollars on a comparable seat by buying on StubHub day off for every game than buying season tickets.

Yikes, I was wondering earlier this season if we’d get a big crowd for the Duke game since it is Duke, but the 1-2 combo that we are not good and it’s a Wednesday night made me skeptical.

But seeing discounted tickets actually happening is depressing.

Looking at the actual offer - it’s not all tickets. It’s certain sections and quite limited. They also still seem expensive. I think this game was over priced to begin with and then add how bad we are…

I can’t imagine ESPN/ACC are going to air this to a national audience. Hard to believe I’m at this point, but I’m actually hoping it’s streaming only on ACCNX

The school has a lot of hubris when it comes to its relationship with the fans. Definitely takes them for granted and thinks they can squeeze every last penny out. The attitude that fans will be back next year after this year’s debacle is arrogant and obnoxious. I’m not happy they are struggling to sell Duke tickets; but at the same time I’m not unhappy. Hope they figure it out and do something for the community they serve and represent.

This is sign that they are aware of the situation and what's likely coming.

I still think I know what the plan is for next year but after the home Louisville game, let's see how ugly things get and how it looks as sometimes certain outcomes trigger changes.
