I think it’s a combination of a couple things...

We don’t have the explosive guys who can break one and score from anywhere on the field. When we do have a chance at those plays, we get caught.

We can’t run the ball. When we are close to scoring and the field shrinks, we are one dimensional and easier to defend because our options are limited.

We inexplicably screw ourselves with mistakes in the worst spots lately.

we are avg close to 35.. we didnt kick 3 fgs today our we would right there again. we scored 40, 3 of the last 6 games.

Takes longer than 1.5 years coming from the place Cuse was in. There is no magic 40ppg wand that Babers can wave, dude. He can, however, install a clever system and recruit well for it. Which is exactly what is happening.

The offensive points per possession tells the statistical story and it says clearly that we aren't scoring enough points as many game possessions we have.

When it works it's pretty and exciting and produces lots if big stats. It's just very inefficient right now.

Bottom line is the kids need some wins. So want the seniors to go to a nowl
