It's biased because the guy supplying the quotes is literally on AW's payroll.why is it biased because it doesn't fit your narrative?
why is it biased because it doesn't fit your narrative?
(I've numbered your post but made no other changes)Here is what we either know, i personally know or has been published by reputable sources including mods on this board.
1 He has supported numerous Syracuse athletes on both men's and women's teams.
2 He informs Syracuse of his activities and gets approval.
3 He supports multiple local charities.
4 He is a large donor to the Syracuse athletic department.
5 He has helped many individuals including a member of my family without any publicity.
6 Now what has he done to hurt Syracuse? To put SU in jeopardy of additional sanctions?
7 Why is he suddenly an outcast?
Maybe someone like CTO can shed some actual light on the situation as from what has been published his being outcast has more to do with one individuals personal distaste of his methods vs any substantive compliance issues.
I will be an Adam Weitsman propagandist for an extremely low price if you're reading this Adam
According to what has been posted over a million last year alone between the various sports teams.(I've numbered your post but made no other changes)
1 -What is your definition of "numerous", what is your definition of "support?" If I gave a penny to every SU student athlete, that would technically also be support of numerous Syracuse athletes.
2 -We know he has done this 100% of the time?
3 -Don't disagree, but not relevant to whether or not his involvement in our program is in the best interest of the University.
4- He has made the requisite donations for his seats, box, and parking. Is anything beyond that confirmed?
5 - Don't disagree, but not relevant to whether or not his involvement in our program is in the best interest of the University.
6 - He has been bashing the school on social media directly and through his agents (the NIL attorney). AFAK sanctions go? Unclear but just because he hasn't doesn't mean his involvement is in our interest. Sanctions is not the only reason not to maintain this relationship.
7 - My guess is that the university has determined that the balance of his actual (ie, not planned, or being looked into) contributions compared to what AW was getting out of it (exposure, venue) was not balanced. And, when discussed with him, he declined to make adjustments.
It’s Elijah Moore and he is not trying to talk him into decommitting. This thread is exhausting.

Listed as the second largest donor again posted on this site.
How has he been bashing the school?
Guess is the operative word.
We can agree to disagree, but the truth is probably somewhere in the middle. Hopefully Adam and the school can mend fences.
"Grovelers"...I need to start using that term. The guy’s entire social media presence is propped up by propagandists, hangers on and other such grovelers. It’s actually quite comical to follow.
Seriously?According to what has been posted over a million last year alone between the various sports teams.

And a very specific financial incentive.Oh wow, one of AW's hired help has a shockingly pro-AW take on the situation.
He’s done something. Or somethingS.Now what has he done to hurt Syracuse? To put SU in jeopardy of additional sanctions?
Thank you for saying this. I for one am sick to death of Weitsman being portrayed as THE guy behind SU athletics.Absolutely not. Several hundreds of people give more to SU than he does. And he's far from the biggest supporter of SU athletics. For starters, take a look at the John Lally Athletic Complex. Not just Lally himself, but all the additional donors who have given 100s of thousands to fund specific parts of it. Same with the Melo Center.
The first Paragraph says it all. Aw skirted the line and su had enough. Sometimes the juice isn’t worth the squeeze.Syracuse Orange pushing out Adam Weitsman ‘unheard of’ – NIL attorney
Attorney Darren Heitner, a well-known and well-respected NIL expert who has advised Adam Weitsman and many other clients across the country on name, image...insidetheloudhouse.com
Heitner sums it up this way: “Syracuse is so petrified of the NCAA, going above and beyond what is necessary to abide by the rules.”I asked Heitner if he’s seen any kind of similar situation occur between high-profile NIL investors and other schools around the country. His response: “This is just unheard of.”Adam Weitsman says since I first reported that he would halt NIL deals with Syracuse Orange players, he “has been contacted by just under 20 universities to do NIL for them, including ones that directly compete with Syracuse.”
It’s biased because Adam pays himwhy is it biased because it doesn't fit your narrative?
Great point because I literally never heard of him until he decided he wanted to be a fan less than a decade ago.AW's relevance was directly tied to being seen at SU games and bringing celebrities to SU games and talking about how much money he had to give to SU players. Whatever happened he is no longer relevant so I could care less who he wants to give his money to.
Fair enough, and again thank you for bringing more clarity to the issue. He’s done something. Or somethingS.
The SU administration didn’t wake up one random morning a couple months ago and capriciously decide to distance the school from him.
That people think SU did that for no reason, knowing it would have some manner of impact to their Athletics program, is ridiculous.
I know board sentiment is that SU is chock full of idiots. But it’s not. You’re wrong. They make mistakes. They don’t always execute things flawlessly. But they’re largely smart people making the best decisions they can in a chaotic environment.
Adam Weitsman is chaos. He chooses to be, and refuses to dial it down, according to his own words.
He should keep donating to charity and keep helping people. Good on him for doing that. But it has zero to do with the way he conducts himself regarding SU, which people have been warning could be problematic for a while now.
I literally stopped reading after “NIL expert”. There is no such thing.Syracuse Orange pushing out Adam Weitsman ‘unheard of’ – NIL attorney

Or when Andy tried to become BFFs with Michael and it wasn't working, then Jim hid his phone and Andy got pissed and punched a hole in the wall.I'm getting an Adam Weitsman as Michael Scott and Jim Boeheim as Jim Halpert vibe here.
