Is Gross that comfortable with the direction of where this team is going.

I just can't see getting humiliated week in an week out in conference play make the NCAA tourney.

This team has the individual talent but does this staff does.

By the looks of today's performance Desko has lost this team for the year.

Gross might be a bit more concerned with the direction of his new boss...and if he's still around I hope he doesn't get his wish and moves Gait over. Don't see how that would solve any of the issues...maybe the staffs can swap coaches and give Thorpe to Desko in exchange for Rogers.
