Yeah heard the same but I think some are jumping on the gun on SU getting some big haul out of PSU, I got the feeling from the person I talked to that the competition is going to be fierce and SU would be happy with 1-2 players if any.

I have zero issue with SU reaching out in fact I applaud and would be pissed if they didn't, I just hope posters on here realize SU isnt going to end up with some huge haul of players and if we dont bring anyone in or just 1-2 players its not the end of the world.

Not fast or elusive, but maybe he deliberately slowed himself down so that he wouldn't outrun the QB's arm. I could see him as a preferred walk-on. Maybe he puts on weight and ends up in the TE rotation.

If Marrone is any type of coach, and understands the game, he will land the entire offense and defense from PSU, all this with the the PSU HC being one of his best friends, who is a first year HC in an almost impossible situation. I would be thrilled with 1-2. I would be thrilled with one. It's a bonus...

If they can make an impact from Day 1, even better.

I think the biggest things that we head into camp with is A) no ridiculous off-the-field situations like last year, and B) a relatively (save a WR or two) healthy bunch (knock on wood).

IB: I went back through the 2009 class. As far as I can tell, this guy is not a scholarship player. Not listed as a scholy commit in either Rivals or Scout.

So, I'm guessing he's a walk-on at Penn State. Could be wrong, though. He may have been awarded a scholy after initially walking on.
