I thought he had Schwarz on the ropes last night at one time and was waiting for the knockout punch but he never delivered it. It seems like he had him stammering trying to remember all of the conversations and at one time he appeared to be flustered and I thought he would have pushed more.

I thought he should have pressed him more on why he didnt release the tape back when they initially had it. Someone really needs to do this as opposed to skating around the topic.

I'm guessing the "person in his ear" was concerned about bumping into a commercial break and moved on from that line of questioning.

After questioned about having the tape for 9 years before releasing it, Schwarz said something to the effect of ‘as journalists, we are not required to hand over evidence to police’. At that point AC should have pressed and said something like ‘Forget as a journalist, how about as a human being? More kids could have been getting molested in that timeframe!’

Agreed. Schwarz pulled the old "As you know Anderson..." to escape. IMO being a journalist doesn't supercede being a human being. Find it equally disturbing that espn did not go to the authorites the same way I feel about Penn St. not doing the same thing.
