YesOn track to be a Freshman AA.
BTW, didn't notice McDonald in at all against Clemson. Is he injured?
Not that this has anything to do with this thread is about, but does anyone know if Reacher is coming back for a fourth season on Amazon?
He was dressed and I noticed him on specials. I know people have said he is banged up. LB room was good against Clemson. Respect Derek and what he’s given to the program, but right now we have better optionsOn track to be a Freshman AA.

Yea man, that’s the spiritI have trouble getting excited about any player. I'm assuming AD plays for another team next year.

If you compare SU to other schools over the last couple years, we have done much better in keeping players than others. I'm worried our years of losing has made you very cynical.I have trouble getting excited about any player. I'm assuming AD plays for another team next year.
FRAN BROWN!I have trouble getting excited about any player. I'm assuming AD plays for another team next year.

There’s a reason that Notre Dame really wanted this kid. Add Samuals and Tremble and you have three potential all ACC players. All I kept hearing before the season was that Antoine Deslauriers would struggle in coverage, but he’s been the opposite. As a true freshman, he already looks like a three-down linebacker who can handle both the run and the pass. He diagnoses plays fast, attacks the run game aggressively, and gets to his spots with confidence. He and Samuel’s Jr. are quickly becoming the pillars of this defense for years to come. Deslauriers has the instincts, toughness, and leadership to eventually be the green-dot linebacker, and it’s clear Syracuse has found a cornerstone player in the middle of the defense.
I agree 100%There’s a reason that Notre Dame really wanted this kid. Add Samuals and Tremble and you have three potential all ACC players.
The thing about the players who left is that most of them never really had a strong relationship with Fran. The guys on the current roster are different—they’re Fran’s guys. He knows them, trusts them, and has built that connection over time. That familiarity makes a big difference because these are players who are more likely to stay, buy into his system, and follow his lead.If you build it, they will come….and stay!
