The only reason why this Man wouldnt come forth Long ago or continue to pursue it, was he was scared nobody would believe him. And wht does JB do nationaly? Call him a liar. I love Jim and respect him alot but he was wrong how he handled this.

Didn't he lie? He said that JB saw him in a hotel room with Bernie and had a weird look on his face indicating that he knew something was going on, something that JB categorically denied ever happened. And given Davis's subsequent insistence that he is quite certain that JB didn't know anything about what was happening to him, that kind of contradicts a pretty freaking big grenade he lobbed on November 17th.

So which is it? Did JB see him or not? Did JB know or not?

I don't know which of the above statements from Davis is a lie, but one of them clearly is. They can't both be true.

I was refering more to the Ncaa tourny game agaisnt Vermont. C'mon dont act like we all wouldnt want to see a little more Man esp against good 3point shooting teams. We have the players and depth to suffocate teams and not give them a "Shooters Chance"

And BTW, here's what happened in 2005: Davis's accusations were investigated by outside counsel procured by the University. Davis gave names for people who would corroborate his story. None of them did. That could certainly be interpreted as a second lie.

When JB called him a liar, that was the information / facts / evidence he was aware of. Multiple lies from Davis. Not sure what part of this you can't wrap your head around.

That doesn't mean that Bernie didn't do what Davis accused him off. But from Boeheim's perspective, he defended himself against a lie--one that Davis has since contradicted HIMSELF, in no uncertain terms.

This issue doesn't seem black and white to me. Its been claimed it was normal operating procedure for coaches to bring baby sitters along with them on road games. I find that odd and that can't be approved by university, but if JB allowed his coaches to do it and JB happened to see Davis in Fine's room, why would JB think BF was molesting the kid. If JB happened to see a fully clothed Davis in a hotel room with Bernie, Davis may have thought JB knew something was up, but JB never did. I personally find it very, very difficult to believe JB has never been in BF's hotel room on any of 100s of road trips crossing decades, as he has stated...not once did he stop by for a beer to watch a game on tv, to go over a game plan, nothing? If that is the case, these guys weren't that close and JB should have kept his mouth shut - as I'm sure he was instructed to do by people above him - rather than attack possible victims to defend a "friend" so close he didn't even hang out with him on the road.

Jim said he was lieing about the whole thing, you can flip flop it how you want to he also.said he was just trying to get money.
