Section LWhere's everyone sitting?
I think I am going with T behind the Syracuse bench.Section L
If it’s not too late fly into the OAK AP. Much closer and easier to navigate. Can even take BART to game. 1 mile walk to stadium.Anyone staying near the San Fran airport? Would love to hitch a ride game day to the stadium, happy to pitch in for gas.
Section NN. In the Cuse visitor section in the corner.Section L
The ChillerI didn't have the heart to add another state to the list of places I went to watch SU lose.
If it is a nice weather day climb up to the top of the stadium for some great views of the BaySection NN. In the Cuse visitor section in the corner.
I should be pretty close to you, row 31 on the aisle (the end of the section closer to midfield).Got section T, 18 rows up and super close to the aisle for just $50 each. A Cal fan told me the sweet spot is 15-30 rows up to see the whole field but not to feel so far away.
Will have to do that. We’re getting in late Friday so we will do a little exploring after the game and Sunday morning before we fly back. Quick trip but looking forward to it. Have never been to Berkeley - staying basically right on campus and looks easy to get around. If it is a nice weather day climb up to the top of the stadium for some great views of the Bay
A quick primer for SatudayWill have to do that. We’re getting in late Friday so we will do a little exploring after the game and Sunday morning before we fly back. Quick trip but looking forward to it. Have never been to Berkeley - staying basically right on campus and looks easy to get around.
It is a big bowlI see the end zones are like 25 bucks. How bad are sight lines?
Thanks Texan Mark!It is a big bowl
I'm sure you could sneak over to the Cuse section mid 1st Q
It’s a beautiful area and very walkable. I have friends who live in Berkeley who rave about the food scene. Good breweries there too including Triple Rock. Will have to do that. Very nice! I’ll be wearing a navy blue Otto hat and an orange fleece. Come say hi. Not much of a tailgating scene there, only really in lots for season ticket holders and frat so you aren’t missing out. Most people pregame at bars as there’s tons within walking distance.Waited kind of last minute to pull the trigger, but I'm in! Still figuring out hotels, taking a road trip up the PCH and making a long weekend out of it. I think we're going to stay somewhere around Union Square and take the BART over for the game. Probably won't do the tailgate, as I'm guessing we'd have 30 minutes there tops.

Let us know if there is a particular bar fans will meet up in pre game!I will attempt to find a bar to watch the basketball game beforehand
This is my first away Syracuse game of any sport (excluding men’s NCAAT). I’m excited!
From my experience...someone needs to do the research and post the info.Let us know if there is a particular bar fans will meet up in pre game!
In San Diego it certainly is, but I looked at the bars around California Memorial Stadium and most don’t open until 11:30. We are going with a couple friends who live in Oakland, I’ll see what they know. From my experience...someone needs to do the research and post the info.
Problem I had when living in California many places don't open until 10:30 or 11am that have TVs. Of course that was 30 years ago...maybe it is better
