Anyone else having the page do weird things when going between pages

Windows 11, Google Chrome and Syracuse default. It kinda felt like a capcha getting caught as it eventually goes to the next page

I’m getting this also, but not every time I load syracusefan.com… maybe every 3-4 times. I’m on an iPhone, IOS, using Google Chrome browser. It looks like it might be associated with the new pop-up advertising. For me, it’s a Phillips Sonicare advert that encroaches the borders of the browser, then contracts to a 1/4 page that you have to minimize, and then finally cancel (“X”) out to make it go away. The page going “white” appears to me to be associate with the new pop-up advertising.
