Are Hayes,McGloster and Burton really that unserviceable?

They are on the clock and STILL can't sniff the field on a unit that's never been in worse shape since I've been a fan. (Roughly 40 years).

Clearly they're not ready. All 3 of those kids were big framed, long shot type of kids that need more time to develop.

The best way to practice IMO is throwing them into traffic. They will learn real quick what to do and not to do.
