Arizona St fires Herm Edwards / hires Kenny Dillingham

Money do you think ASU is headed for a big investigation? Hopefully that would deter Coach White a bit for returning the interest shown in him.

He’s got to succeed at a DC job further up the P5 food chain before he’ll start getting a look like that.

His name might make a long list of potential candidates, but with no HC experience (other than one year at a small HS in Cali) I would be shocked if he makes anyone’s short list for a HC opening at a P5 school.

Our biggest threat to lose Coach White will be poachers from other P5 programs. SU needs to step up and make him a well paid P5 DC.

The program is going on the right direction. SU needs to do whatever they can to keep the program improving.

Pay the man and his assistants.

Sounds like why people thought Nathaniel Hackett wasn't good enough for SU.

Huh? Marrone brought Hackett with him to the NFL, and Hackett had three NFL OC gigs before he got the Broncos job.

This is exactly what Syracuse should be doing instead of paying the head coach $5-8 million like BIG/SEC schools, they should be paying top dollar for coordinator positions and low to mid-level for the head coach.
