Honest to God, it comes with age. Life is too short to worry about things that haven't happened yet. there was a national election where people were flipping out. The day after the results, I got an email from one of our posters thanking me for being so calm that night. As I said, there was always time to worry after the results.

I'm not young. Sometimes these things are hereditary. I have learned to embrace worry. As I get older, it freaks me out less that I often freak out.
