The refs gave Auburn a free chance at a FG at the end of the 1st half. If that happened against Syracuse there would be 50 threads on it.

He means Auburn got a FG before halftime that they shouldnt have gotten from the refs.

But Auburn had that last possession they didn’t try to score with.
