It is - I made them in Photoshop - I have a psd template I made for them that I can send if you have Photoshop. I’m happy to post the jpg files for each as well.

I had them printed as 5x7 photos and got these frames. You can pop out the picture and glass easily, flip it, and pop it back in. You can get them at Michael’s or on Amazon.

I simply posted she already had them on the board.
