As bad of a game as TC had, I remember he started off well with a strong drive to the hole and a "and 1" this game. He's been shooting quite badly lately, but if he makes anything like the progress he made last off season, I think he'll see plenty of time unless someone else really steps up. As for this season, like I say for the whole team, anything is possible. I wasn't happy with the mockery Barrel took when this thread first grew wings, but on the other hand after the flashes of potential TC has shown, I'm not quite ready to give up on the kid either. I wouldnt mind JB giving the other freshman some PT instead of solely using G to spell Cooney, but he obviously has his reasons not to.

We'll see if Patterson/BJ make a huge jump over the summer...we sure could use multiple options at the 2 at this point.

Lets hope the jump is not to another school

So what if Cooney is 0-for-March from 3?!?!?!!!
He's doing much more offensively than just bricking open 3-pointers.

He's also getting to the hoop and missing layups.

He's our 2...that's all there is to it...we can only hope he gets on track.
