I agree - super nice kid who usually has his crap together. He just turned 19 in August. Something happened to trigger that response from someone who is just learning to handle a new level of pressure. He was clearly upset at his actions after the fact. It's disappointing but I'm certainly not writing him off. Whatever it was won't get to him again. He'll be better from this mis-step.
