Yup I feel if you are going to make major changes on offensive staff it would be to the OLine coach and QB coach. Then we need entire new coaching staff on the defensive side of the ball LOL

No the change needs to be Nixon as OC, when your offensive philosophy stinks, it makes everything else impossible. A one trick pony makes it easy for defensive coaches, they don't have to make any extensive plans to shut your offense down. And the last 8 games have shown that.

Injured QB1 showed that, and not having any quality behind him showed that. The flaw was not having a QB who can actually run the system the way the past two QB1s have. They have the blueprint to follow, it isn't rocket science. When they follow that blueprint, they have a top passing offense in college football why would you change that?? Just lean more into the blueprint.
