IMO they were trying to get a head start on marijuana being legal. They are going to go all in on growing weed.

I don't know, maybe there is something to CBD, but a year ago I bought some CBD cream to help with some pain in my shoulder which was limiting my golf game. It did absolutely nothing different than a tube of icey hot, which also costs about $30 less.

My only contribution is to say once the federal government classifies weed as something not dangerous we will see much more research done into any medicinal benefits CBD could have.
