I wouldnt mind having more big men...but at the same time, next year we would have melo, keita, rak, and coleman...unless by some weird way fab or someone else leaves early which I dont think they have any reason too...then we w0uld have 5 big men, he would most certainly redshirt!!!!

The way it was mad to sound, was that he was holding his own very nicely against coleman in that game in DC

I really really really like Anya. I think he has unlimited potential and would be perfect for our team. I'm almost just as excited about Grant who isn't getting nearly the amount of love he deserves. The kid is silky smooth, long as hell, and has amazing range. It is starting to seem like we are no longer recruiting the best athletes and are now recruiting the best basketball players. Love the way our recruiting is shaping up. Our team will be a juggernaut for the next 5 years at least.

Anya looks like a 5 to me. In those clips yesterday, he looked a lot like Coleman - dunks, dunks and more dunks, a little chunky. I don't see him covering corner jumpers.

BMK would be the obvious odd man out in that equation. He came to Cuse as a bit of a project and will end up using all of his eligibility and getting his degree. He may have already had the understanding that he may have to take a back seat at times when big time recruits roll through. Not sure he had any other offers and JB usually has a couple guys like him on the roster. Lower profile, work horse types that contribute but more as role players. Recruiting has been so good lately that he seems to be the only one currently.

BMK seems like one of the rare few who is using basketball to get an education ... rather than using education to play basketball. I don't think he is concerned about PT.

all i could find. these highlight video companies are so lame, they edit almost everything down to dunks. they forget that these videos are supposed to impress coaches not other players, and especially not the player they're filming.

one thing that I did notice which I liked to see was absolutely no presence of a "bad attitude" from Grant. very businesslike, mature, and humble... yet still very aggressive. he is going to be a star here at SU.

With MCW, Cooney, DC2, CJ, and Grant we are going to be loaded with some of the highest bball-IQ players in the country. Come a long way since the 'Terrence Roberts, Paul Harris, Mookie Watkins, etc' - days.
