It's not just sustained consistency though. As you noted it has risen slightly in the last four years. The 119 wins is close to 30 wins per season which is a noticeable tick upward. True it hasn't brought in a title, but there has been good seeding and hype. And this year we went a little deeper.
The ground work is there for more. A FF would really look nice on that resume.

I don't think SU is ready to run at this level on autopilot just yet. JB needs to ride out the off-court controversies. Once those have subsided, then Hop can take this thing over.

my only fear is 2014. i could see a mix of MCW, RAK, NOEL, FAIR, COLEMAN jumping ship if with win a championship and that to james and triche graduating and we are back to ground zero pretty fast.

of course, i'll take the natl title.

and who knows maybe everyone comes back like the gata's.
