Who cares if he is? You should be able to switch to WHATEVER college you please. This indentured servitude is BS and needs to end. Coaches should not be dictators.

I'm more on that side of it, but was filtering in some eligibility thoughts I guess.
This is no different than the old reserve clause in baseball. It's not necessary, as evidence by the fact that it exists only in FB and basketball.
A class action would wipe this out on a number of grounds, especially against a state school.

HIPPA only applies to Healthcare providers and facilities.

FERPA applies to education.

If they are taking the tests (they could be testing on site, for all we know) and receiving the results, would they qualify as a provider?
