This isn't about me. I'm observing the reactions from fans.Don't watch. No one makes you if you don't like it. It really has no importance at all.

So what am I supposed to do on Wednesday?
On the other hand, caring about the TBT doesThe best thing about the TBT is that the game thread doesn’t close the millisecond the game ends.
The place was packed. This isn't about me. I'm observing the reactions from fans.

I'm afraid we are going to be a bit disappointed there as well. At least there are on the right track.Once again, Buddy was our leading rebounder. We should have beaten them, regardless, but Griff was handed a team with ZERO big men. I love Rak, but he looked old, heavy, and out of shape,
We were destroyed on the glass
I would have taken AW’s $$$ and maybe thrown all of the big man budget at Eddie. Not like he is doing anything else these days and he almost averaged a double double last season.
This was a flawed team and it was apparent in the first game. Buddy was our leading rebounder then as well. Shaun Belby needs to think long and hard about what kind of team he puts on the floor.
Oh well. Had hoped to get a few more games out of the Old Timers if nothing more than to give myself a sort of SU-ish fix in the Summer.
Next stop, football season
You seem to take this way too seriously. It’s a bunch of alums playing in a glorified pick up game. There’s no connection to the current program except an assistant being the HC.Is that really true though? The first half they screwed around and let them back into it because Griffin wouldn't take the Boeheims off the court who allowed basket after basket on D. This obsession with having to stay in the Cuse family runs downhill even into situations like this.
Coaching has nothing to do with any of these games. The players do whatever they want. Nichols wasn’t coached tonight, he just put it up all night. They didn’t run plays for him. Army after all these years still can’t come up with a low post scorer. Bad turnovers hurt Army all night. That’s not coaching, that players being careless. You can say it's an overreaction, but nothing more encapsulates the current state of Syracuse basketball than this game. The current assistant associate head coach of the actual program just got dog walked by a coach that let go from after a 6 year stint at a SUNY program that never cared about basketball because he went 43-107.
I thought the rotations were questionable at best. Pride probably could have played more to defend Nichols. Jimmy Boeheim played way too much. And they didn’t attack Nichols enough on the offensive end. He is a sieve.Coaching has nothing to do with any of these games. The players do whatever they want. I agree to a certain extent, but more than talent, I believe we have lacked toughness. I just hope that our S&C guy helps expose toughness and that Alex Kline can identify toughness. It isn't only about talent. This shouldn’t be shocking considering we haven’t had any talent in more then a decade.
Also, I’m going to say it. Too much double Boeheim. It never worked when both were here. They are more effective not playing with each other. It’s just what most likely the analytics say.
You may well be correct on thatI'm afraid we are going to be a bit disappointed there as well. At least there are on the right track.
Griffin is overrated and so is the whole coaching staff. They have accomplished nothing in there whole careers combined coaching mens basketball. Pay up for a real coach and we will finally see change.Once again, Buddy was our leading rebounder. We should have beaten them, regardless, but Griff was handed a team with ZERO big men. Well OK but the non SU guys, with the exception of Gilyard, were little more than empty uniforms. This shouldn’t be shocking considering we haven’t had any talent in more then a decade.
