I hope we pick up 2 wins in our next 3, or all 3. Wake and Louisville will be battles as well. I'm not sure how I feel about FSU. These are all winnable games but I can't help but worry about our little rivals from Mass.


This is a very very tough BC team with a lot of attitude that too many of us have considered an easier W all year. I think this will be our hardest fought game of the year, tensions will boil over. Dome needs to be packed. Hope Dungey can contain his competitiveness and avoids getting tossed. Kid doesn't take crap from anyone (clear as day from past BC matchups), but I don't want it to cost us.

Mental and Physical toughness will win the game.

BC is a battle no matter how the teams are. Best thing is a game that we will know where we stand in. At worst its a game to get to 5 and we will know whether that means anything too.

Weirdly, I give us roughly the same chance to win all of our games - they all are somewhat weakened or strengthened from what they were before the Clemson game.

The only difference is getting Wake and BC at home, vs FSU and Louisville on the road.

This is my earliest SU football memory, I believe I was 11 at the time. One of the greatest all around games I have ever seen from a college football player. Diamond remains one of my all time favorites to this day because of it.

That's what we thought, too, until their QB turned what should have been a safety into a 15-yard gain for a first down and then 2 plays that should have been losses turned into 75-yard TDs.

I agree, just a slight concern due to past games and the fact that it's undeniable he has quite a temper.

HCDB has had the team ready for every game, MTSU is probably more on the players being over confident, but if fans want to debate the point, have at it. We beat #2 (now #7), hung around until the end with #8, should have beat #23 and #14. The remaining teams are not ranked and we should match-up well against each team. This is not to say, the team can just go through the motions, each game will be hard fought and could be a toss-up, I simply like our chances because we have improved, stayed mostly healthy, and have played elite level competition and done respectably well. No cake walk, but winnable. Let's go Orange! and run the table.

Yep. Great coach, FL talent.

Each game poses a challenge - could really see it going either way (which makes me think we go 2-2 lol)

Every time I see a meathead coached team I give big time advantage to Syracuse. I will take speed vs size every day of the week and twice on Saturday. Dino's offense matches up very well vs the meatheads of the world...see Addazzio.

As I said, "No cake walk, but winnable". I agree, they can be tough games but I like our chances. No one is thanking God they play Syracuse, now. No one pencils this team as an automatic win.

Goood point, we are more talented on both sides of the ball,,yes, even the D. Love it. This year throws alot of fans' "talent " excuse out the window, so we can just talk fb...scheme and such.

Especially now. Played the game of his life against Clemson. Then fought back from the worst half of his life and helped us be in position to beat Miami with some gutsy play while running for his life with his WRs locked up.
