I am not concerned about any of the four remaining games. HCDB has had the team ready for every game, MTSU is probably more on the players being over confident, but if fans want to debate the point, have at it. We beat #2 (now #7), hung around until the end with #8, should have beat #23 and #14. The remaining teams are not ranked and we should match-up well against each team. This is not to say, the team can just go through the motions, each game will be hard fought and could be a toss-up, I simply like our chances because we have improved, stayed mostly healthy, and have played elite level competition and done respectably well. No cake walk, but winnable. Let's go Orange! and run the table.

Every time I see a meathead coached team I give big time advantage to Syracuse. I will take speed vs size every day of the week and twice on Saturday. Dino's offense matches up very well vs the meatheads of the world...see Addazzio.

Um, yes, TY, I dont like the policy. That said, it's human nature to not criticize what you cant see and what cant react. Lewis and ward are off the grid and Dino wants it that way. Notice now Dino's pressers are all about program direction and the other team? Nothing about specific play calls. This doesn't happen anywhere else. It's healthy to have those questions/conversations...but Dino shelters and the way we started the game and some of Lewis ' calls should have been on the griddle. But, will never happen.

Two weeks to prepare and get healthier to go against FSU. They better buckle their chin straps and dump about 40,000 gallons of water on that field to slow this offense down.

I keep rereading and i still disagree that we were over confident vs mtsu. Just the opposite. The players that know SS especially ED the bed. We beat that team 18/20 times, SS was in our heads and thats on DINO and staff.

For the millionth time they didn't take 3 days off. Just because they didn't physically practice doesn't mean they didn't meet as a team, breakdown film, and game plan. Dino specifically said the players were in to lift, and had meetings like usual.

So the coordinators talking to the media will somehow hold them accountable? No way. That’s Dino’s job. And that’s why we’re improving - not due to fan/media accountability. Dino runs a tight ship. I liked hearing from the coordinators too, but I like a coach with a plan better.

Kirk Ferentz only lets his coordinators at Iowa talk to the media once per season - during the bye week. There were PLENTY of questions after the horrendous play calling against Northwestern this past weekend. But you just make stuff up that doesn't fit your agenda.

I am not sure that SU will have an easy ACC game in the foreseeable future. With BC and Wake picking it up it is going to be a battle every week and each game has to be as important as the others. In other words, no looking at the Dome as the assumed winnable games because this team has to beat FSU next week and create a mulligan so to speak because SU can easily go 1-3 in this last stretch.

This is funny. Staff working 24/7 kids get a break for a day to get some rest and you criticize as if they are sitting around pounding chests and doing nothing. They aren’t robots and also beat a team that is without a shadow of a doubt bigger, faster and stronger than we are at this point. Unreal
