Wouldn’t be shocked if South Dakota St is favorite in that game.South Dakota State over Providence first round upset.

Regardless, the ACC sucked. The B1G will show they are overrated again.
Im a big Ed Cooley fan. They got a terrible matchup I love south Dakota st.South Dakota State over Providence first round upset.
Last year was their year, the divide is so much smaller this year between them and the other top 10 teams that I think they’ll need to play nearly flawless basketball just to make the final four.I think this is the year Gonzaga finally gets it done.
Jackrabbits could be Cinderella.Wouldn’t be shocked if South Dakota St is favorite in that game.
Not that I’m expecting anything but when is the NIT invite show
I agree with everything you said except the MWC. The four teams they got in are real good and I expect them to win some games. also I heard the Zags may be going into the MWC as their twelfth team, which would make it even stronger.Michigan making it is a joke IMO. You can't go 17-14 and make it in.
Iowa State come on. Can't go 7-11 in conference no matter how good your conference is. Really need a .500 conference rule to get a bid. TCU got in as well with 8-10 in conference.
This year is so biased to the non P5 schools.
WCC- gets 3 teams in. This year wasn't any different than other years for them and they usually have the 2nd team on the bubble. Why is San Fran in? They beat Davidson and? They were 0-5 vs the WCC's best 2 teams. They were 1-1 vs BYU. They lost to Loyola. You can't be 4th in the WCC with your best Ws as Davidson and BYU while also losing to Grand Canyon and Portland. Do they have the worst resume ever?
MWC- they aren't a good conference and usually struggle to get 2 teams in. How do they get 4 teams in? Wyoming making it is a joke. Their best W OOC was Washington. They also lost to Stanford. Sorry but the MWC isn't better than the ACC yet Wake get left out?
AAC- they have had a hard time getting teams in. Yet Memphis makes it as a 9 seed instead of an 11?
Big East- why is Marquette in? Sorry 11-8 in conference isn't good enough. Especially given 3 OOC losses (one to the Bonnies).
Yup. We all knew CBB was down. Just look at that one Saturday when the top six or seven all lost. The portal had to impact things. However, I think you are underestimating Kentucky. We know Calipari is a better recruiter then an in-game coach, but I expect them to make some waves. Not picking them as of yet but I expect good things from them. After watching the brackets come out, this has to be the weakest field ever. There’s a lot of mediocre teams in this field. Even the number one seeds are so so. Kansas and Butler are not great teams. Duke and Kentucky are weak #2 seeds. If Gonzaga has to play a big physical team they could be in trouble. Villanova is pretty good, but are they really a 2 seed? I remember looking at the top four seeds in each region and saw how good all of them were. I think Tennessee is better than some of the ones and alll of the two seeds. VT being a double digit seed is a crime.
va tech was only getting in as auto bid clearly. According to the seed list wyomng was the defacto last team in then rutgers then nd then indiana then michiganVa tech and ND were the last two teams in. Meaning one more upset combined with Duke beating Va Tech would have made the ACC a 3 bid league.

Swept Nova, beat Providence, Illinois, Seton Hall. 5 quad one wins, zero Q3/4 losses.Michigan making it is a joke IMO. You can't go 17-14 and make it in.

Nah. Some teams in big states will make it with 17-14. Like us, Michigan, Texas and Florida. Also Kansas, UNC, Duke and Kentucky. Not saying the last four need this favor because they can't sink that low with premium players they have.Michigan making it is a joke IMO. You can't go 17-14 and make it in.

The WCC? I'm a college sports fanatic and I can't even name the teams in that conference off the top of my head. I got Zags, BYU, San Fran, St Mary's, then I think SanDiego and maybe Portland St. That's all I got.I think your problem is you want a 64 team field not a 68 team field.
Iowa St
Michigan
San Francisco
Wyoming
Marquette
Memphis
Who are you going to put in to replace all those teams. If its ACC teams, then its time for the ACC to up its game.
With respect to the MWC and the WCC they actually played much better than they normally do out of conference. In fact the MWC probably had stronger out of conference metrics as a conference compared to the ACC. The MWC, WCC, and ACC all played at about the same level before January. I was tracking it in December and saying at the time the MWC and WCC were going to get more seeds than normal. They clearly did play better.
Therefore records in all of those conferences have about the same relevance. You can't just let teams in with good records from the ACC because they are the ACC.
Butler sucks so bad they didn't even make the fieldAfter watching the brackets come out, this has to be the weakest field ever. There’s a lot of mediocre teams in this field. Even the number one seeds are so so. Kansas and Butler are not great teams.
