Seriously, don't be a dick. If you want spoilers about future episodes go to the other threads. Let's use this thread to react to to the episodes as they air, and if you like, offer your own theories about what will happen. If your post starts with (or would start with, if you were being honest) "I heard that they are going to...", put it in another thread. Talking about stuff that already happened is fair game though.

That said, last night's episode was amazing. If you didn't get goosebumps when Hank closed the garage door, check yourself for a pulse. I started to stop rooting for Walt when he let Jane die, when he threatened Hank, I lost what was left of my sympathy for him. All in for Team Hank.

Considering the way Hank wilted over his encounter in the desert with the cartel I found it a bit unrealistic for him to blatantly go after Walt like that. If he really thought he was Heisenberg you think he would have tread a little more cautiously, no?

As for Walt I found myself wishing he had been more forceful. When Hank said I don't know who you are I wanted Walt to come back with "I'm the guy who has been protecting you and paying your -king hospital bills. That is who I am."

I think Hank was treating lightly, up until the point where Walt forced his hand. He even did all the investigating in his garage, didn't say anything until Walt confronted him with the tracker, etc. At the end of the day though, he's family. Even with the evidence in front of him, I think he still subconsciously thinks of him as more Walt than Heisenberg.

Last night's episode was in a word ... fantastic. It was the best of the season so far.

It was great. This is one of the instances though where I feel I did myself a disservice by skipping ahead. I've been watching the new episodes as they air, but I haven't seen season 4 or 5a yet. So I completely didn't understand what the significance of the cigarettes was. Still, the scene with Jesse and Walt hugging in the desert after Jesse called him out was very powerful. Walt's confession, and watching Hank watch it was 10/10 for good TV. I hope Jesse is not the "rabid dog" of next's week episode, but it certainly is looking that way.

Jesse is the one character in the show that I really want things to work out for. Between the episode where he was at his parent's house and losing Jane, I feel for the character. The scene where he told his group session about the box he built for shop class was amazing. Add that with the test he found that Mr. White wrote "APPLY YOURSELF" and you just have a character you want to see get a fresh start, a chance to realize his potential. As this show is a tragedy, I don't see that happening. When/if Jesse dies I think it has the potential to be one hell of a powerful TV moment.
