No - NIL is a constitutional right. It can't just go away. The schools will pay and the players will get NIL. That's my thoughts on it anyway. NIL came about because of the Supreme Court. That can't just be legislated away without collective bargaining with the players. And why would they agree to that?I totally get this. Although aren’t we less than a year away from NIL going in house and players being paid directly by schools? That’s a public number. Maybe I’m confusing elements of the House settlement?
