He's listed as like a consultant/analyst type thing. Not the outright OL coach. So in that role/scenario it's slightly more interesting.

there have been four coaches since p was let go, Marrone is the only one to have a .500 record and that’s picking up the program at its lowest point.

It’s probably not until season six that Babers has a chance to get there.

so do I understand and appreciate the job he did here, absolutely.

Mac says hello. I would also take Marrone over P. Jury may be out on Babers but i think he'll join the list. You can't ignore 107 wins but he inherited a winning program, kept it going at a high level for several years but always seemed to come of short of what was possible and the decline started under his watch.

university never reinvested in the program facilities and that hurt him. i felt he under achieved with some teams he had.
