Those guys really got after it yesterday. Unlike them.
Hard to argue with that point. And the larger one that the whole process was likely a sham.
 
You must publicly acknowledge the greatness of those above you in the pecking order. What could possibly go wrong in an environment like that ? Surely it would result in steady and gradual improvements in performance ! 🤡
 
I hated the Josh Allen pick back in the day. I realized I’m a doof so I’ll let this play out and the results will dictate success.

Brady has my support as he’s 0-0. I do hope he goes with a Leslie Frazier type for ACH, D coordinator.

They are following scientific method in this experiment. 🧪. Change only ONE variable so you can isolate the factor that determines success or failure. If you change multiple variables at once, there is no way to know what factor was responsible for the change in outcome , or was it a combination of things? Applying this method year over year in a mere 10 years we will finally be able to figure out whose fault losing the big games was! Genius I tell you !

Hard to tell if Cleveland will let Schwartz out of his contract. I can't see him coaching there again. Would be a solid hire though. I was hoping that Beane would have waited to interview Kubiak. Seems to be a mad scramble for assistant coaches and probably had something to do with his haste in grabbing Brady. Also, with 21 unrestricted free agents, some key ones may want to follow their position coaches.
 
Saw Brady interviews today on McAfee. I wanted to be impressed . Instead I heard a lot of “like” “umm”

I like Joe Brady and obviously hope he is great but nothing he does from yesterday until the 1st real game will mean anything really. First test is can he get to the playoffs in year 1 and then make a run. He has to at least get where McDermott did every year in year 1 and hopefully further. I hate to say it but I get Nate Hackett vibes from him and worst case his tenure to me screams "be careful what you wish for" with regard to the players.

Time will tell but he's still a rookie head coach no matter what way you look at it
