Buffalo Bills 2025 Thread

Ravens as well which I think the Ravens were going to hire Minter from the jump regardless of who else they interviewed
I don’t think Minter was a hire either, but what do I know. All of the hires this cycle seem quite uninspiring.

It feels weird, I get it.

But no one knows what was said in the interview. What the plan forward will be. I think we need to see more of the staff take shape, and what moves they make on players.

Trying to keep the glass half full.

Let's not apply logic here!!! Come on.

I wonder if they get Webb as OC if they are going Josh and Friends type staff.

It really does feel like such an uninspiring pick. But we don't have a choice now.

If he picks Webb, a first time HC with a first time OC scares me. Gives me GRob/Shafer flashbacks.

Yeah it really does no way around it. Brady better have a solid DC lined up. Will probably keep Babich though and we can play the was it Sean or the coordinators game all off season!

Going to be a long off season but really curious to see who the coordinators are. Brady could make a good first impression as a HC with two solid hires but I am somewhat skeptical.

McDermott be like
Hip Hop Wtf GIF

Brady always struck me as a functional idiot. He was however an academic All Conference wide receiver at William and Mary, which is an academic powerhouse . So he must be smarter than he seems

William & Mary apparently the cradle of coaches.

On Beane again whining about the noose of having to pay Josh Allen is around the salary caps neck….

bulldog: it’s not having to pay Allen that’s the problem it’s having “The largest middle class roster in the league!”

Coooked!

I was kind've hoping they went with a total reset but I think Brady is fine.

There's lots of rumblings that McDermott had a big say in personnel so this is a big bet that be removing him both the roster and defensive scheme will improve.

Leonard would be a great hire for DC IMO.

Broncos fire their OC. Unless hired by the Raiders, obviously Webb steps up there.
Actually it's a maybe their run game coordinator is there assistant head coach, and the longtime saints OC is an assistant as well. On top of that Payton calls the plays so an opportunity to call plays may be a better opportunity

Where is ssbriefcase?
I thought Vance was out, and he would be our next DC, which I was vocal about being perfectly fine with. He had a very quiet tenure in Denver as his position would, but was apparently a good teacher and led a solid group in the secondary. Not exactly the 'No Fly Zone' of 2015, but very solid considering who he had to work with outside Surtain and McMillian in the slot
