Buffalo Bills 2025 Thread

If you are going with Brady then you have to buy in on the idea that the HC was really limiting the team in certain ways and that Brady wanted to do things he wasnt allowed to do?

16-1 to get the job. should have thrown $20 on it yesterday

NGL I didn't even think Brady was in the running. Thought it would be Daboll, Webb, and an outside possibility at Kubiak.

Or you have to give serious thought to the concept this is a completely dysfunctional outfit that was boosted by Allen

So Allen must be a big Brady guy and gave his full support. Can't see any other reason you'd go with someone on current staff.

Can't wait to see who will be OC/DC.
Allen likes Brady. Who cares. I like my aunt Lucy. I wouldn’t want her in a position of power

This is exactly the way it goes down in those companies of dysfunction. Beane was never hiring anyone of any possible gravitas. He wants to sit up there in pegulas owners suite during the game and be the Little Finger of Buffalo.

Question - did Brady call the plays, or did McDermott? Because if he did, I'm not sure how this solves the Bills' problems, especially with Beane still there.

It's never a good idea to let players have a say in who is the HC, if the above statements about Allen are true. But at least Daboll wasn't the choice, so you Bills fans have that going for you.

I'm not saying I agree with it, just saying it had to be the case.

Give Aunt Lucy a chance.

Brady definitely called the offensive plays, but what we don't know is McDermott's input on the offensive gameplan, and how that could change.

Really curious who the DC will be, as well as the OC and how much autonomy that OC will have. I assume the DC will completely run the show on that side of the ball.

Omg Wtf GIF

Bills have had a good offense the last 2.5 years, statistically and on the scoreboard, it just wasn't the "flashy" kind because honestly they lacked those flashy WR-types...

Three Playoff losses under Brady:
Broncos 33-30
KC 32-29
KC 27-24

Offense 27.6 ppg
Defense 30.6 ppg

We'll see, but when it matters needing more than 4 TDs has been the problem.

Brady was the bottom of the barrel for me, no pun intended, I hope he doesn't see himself as head coach play caller type but I bet he does, as all the cool kids are doing it. Anyway, here we go.

Yuck

Did he even get an offer for interview from anyone else?

Yet in every one of those games they offense had a chance to end the game with a scoring drive and failed. The offense and defense seemed to have this tendency to crap themselves on the most critical drives
