Buffalo Bills 2025 Thread

If anything, I'm more pissed today than yesterday maybe because of world unanimity (outside of Bronco fans) that we got hosed.

Did we get hosed? Yeah
Am I mad about it?
Not that much. We shot ourselves in the foot all game from the other 4 turnovers to the ultra charmin soft 3rd and 11 defense on Denver’s final drive in regulation .

100%, didn't want to be that dude but after that sequence and then that fumble the next drive that miraculously got batted back to Nix you knew Buffalo wasn't getting a break and sure enough they didn't. People who scream the NFL is rigged may have a point because the odds of this sshit happening year in and year out and the odds of some of these individual plays has to be 1 in millions.
Oh man I forgot all about the perfect hop to Nix. What a dumb sport. What am I doing with my life.

Not sure why I even keep doing this but before the Cooks play, Hardman has the ball in his hands 2nd and 10, first down if he holds on. Josh underthrows him but catchable.

Catch that first and 10 by midfield.

The chances we had.

Just make a good throw and it’s not an issue. It’s mecole hardman. He has stone hands. Going all the way back to the eagles game, a lot more missed throws by Allen than I’m used to seeing

Agree with you on Cooks and Tre, would definitely try and bring back both. Cooks with a full year of Allen could do some damage.

Biggest issues I see right now are obviously Wr but also safety, CB depth, OL FA and DE. LB is a sneaky concern to but there's at least bodies there though if they dont bring Shaq back they need another young guy because Milano and Bernards injury history's are way to much to ignore.

Safety Wr and DE I think are the 3 priorities. Bishop coming along means we dont need a full overhaul just a running partner. Wr I think is either a trade or all draft strategy. Not much there in FA and the dude from the Colts is gonna have a million suitors. DE room is a mess, no idea what the answer is there.
Before the game I didn’t really care if we brought back cooks or not but after seeing the emotion he showed in the post game despite being such a late addition to the team, I really want to see him back.

I thought the two worst plays from Allen yesterday were the fumble before the half and the first INT down 23-17 which was a very bad under throw.

That said there were 14 targets to WR’s not named Shakir yesterday and that resulted in 5 catches.
True but add one for the Cooks "Interception" and another for the PI in the end zone that wasn't called.

I didn’t think the end zone one was catchable personally. Illegal contact or holding would have been the right call though.

Pats luck boxing continues
Illegal motion penalty (that had ZERO impact on the play) takes a TD off the board for the Texans. Then May gets strip sacked and somehow Houston can’t fall on the ball

And now Texans lose their second leading receiver in Schultz. So no Collins. No Schultz.

I think that for this Offseason these are the 6 Things that Brandon Beane needs to fix in order for the Bills to get better.

    • Fire the Strength & Conditioning Coach - With all the players that we lost to season ending injuries this year. Its no wonder that we were struggling. Losing key players back and forth.
    • Fire Joe Brady - Get a new offensive coordinator that will make Josh Allen better on Offense instead of holding him back. Especially with stupid plays like that Bubble Screen Throw.
    • D-Line - We need players that can apply pressure to the Quarterback, preventing him from moving out of the Pocket and stuffing up the Run.
    • Secondary - We need Cornerbacks and Safeties that are both Physical and excellent in Zone Coverage. Someone that's not gonna let someone else just waltz down the Field and then get wide open to get tackled after they just made a Catch.
    • Guard/Center - I love that these guys do their best to protect Josh Allen. But to go from the least amount of Sacks last year (14) to the most this year (44) is Unacceptable. I like 3 of our O-Lineman (Brown, Dawkins & Torrence), but I think its time that we move on from David Edwards and/or Connor McGovern.
    • Wide Receiver - This is the most obvious thing for us and it better be the 1st thing on Brandon Beane's mind this Offseason. How many times this year did Josh Allen have trouble finding someone open Downfield and then Scramble out of the Pocket. I want us to get a legit #1 Receiver, someone for Josh to throw to that he can rely on. A guy that is fast, Physical, really great route runner, gets Open and can get yardage after the Catch.
If we do all this than I could see us making it out to Super Bowl 61 out in Los Angeles next year.

My only dog in the fight was rooting against an AFC West rival. I've told every Bills fan I know don't play so sloppy and put yourselves in a posisition for the refs to decide.

What would you give my Birds for AJ Brown?

My ideal for the Bills off season:
- Brandin Cooks 3 yrs / 75 million
- Khalil Mack 4 yrs / 120 millioion
- Keenan Allen 3 yrs / 110 million
- Aqib Talib 4 yrs / 150 million
