Bills general manager Brandon Beane is being retained, a source told ESPN's Alaina Getzenberg. He will help lead the team's search for a new coach to lead the Bills' debut season in their new stadium.

Daboll is a hard no. He ran a Mickey Mouse operation in NY. It would be a huge drop off.

It is Funny that in the year they pull the trigger there's no hot young HC that everyone is clamoring for. Stefanski probably made the most sense if he was a available.

Id say Kubiak, McDaniel and Daboll make the most sense right now. McVay the younger the Rams OC is a sneaky option to.

Kubiak the Seattle OC makes a lot of potential sense. Very sought after right now, have to believe Bills opening would vault them to the top.

I think him back as the OC makes much more sense but I can't rule out him as the HC because of the Allen connection
