The idea that he's "developed" any of the guys mentioned other than Camby is laughable. No coach is doing all that much development with a one and done guy. He's a great salesman, and he's done a great job of convincing people that he's better at getting these elite talents to the NBA than anybody else.

The secret is to only recruit top 10 players who are locks for the NBA. Then when they eventually make it to the NBA you can claim it as a coaching success. Its a strategy not limited to big men.
