Say we go to a bowl in Florida. Could the AD just buy 100 tickets and invite a boatload of recruits to the game? Or with NIL and how things are just wide open, could someone like Weitsman or even this board do it?

No, don't think so. Paying for game tix is only for official home games. It's why Kirby smarts whines about playing Florida in Jacksonville because he loses a home game for OVs every year. Florida loses out too in that instance.
