I hope that Jim gives Jalen the time to develop. We all know he is going to make mistakes, especially early in the season. We can also assume he has a ton of upside. JB needs to build his confidence. The quick hook doesn't work with a kid like Jalen. Let him play through mistakes. JB Yanking young players is ok as long as its done to teach and not punish. Pull him aside for a minute or two and sit him next to Jim. Coach him up and get him back in quickly. Yanking a kid does way more harm than good if done as a punitive measure. JC has the talent he just needs time and most importantly confidence.
