The knock on him is not that he is incapable of playing defense. It's that he doesn't consistently bring the effort on that end.

I think that stigma is slowly coming off him. Hes been pretty consistant lately and people are noticing.

Healthy lin shumpert and jeffries and this series wouldve gone 7, sucks but it is what it is.

Unfortunately, I'm going to have to call BS on this one. Jefferies wouldn't be getting much run, and Lin was lit up the last time he played Miami. He'd give them more than they've gotten from PG so far, of course, but I don't think it would've gone 7.

I haven't seen the papers yet, but I assume the same headlines that were killing Melo after Game 3 are all loving him today. So it goes.
