I bet he's fine to play and the coach is just being stupid.

The whole Carlos 27 mpg Cuffe 3 mpg with 3 dnps definitely makes me question the decisions. This is much different than when JB would bully one talented kid every year for whatever reason and put them in the dog house Otis Jeremy McNeil Dion etc.

I think he hasn't played in over two years and only a handful of minutes outside of high school and probably isn't very good right now.

After seeing the slop we've seen, I would hope it's that because if it isn't it's another important question for the coach.


He addressed it recently, I wish it seemed more positive but I didn't get good feelings about the statement.

even if it is a matter of poor current form...just put him in the game for a few minutes...defense is all effort anyway...and he could be very useful there even if he isnt good right now

he can play a few mnutes every game no matter his conditioning...and t would probably help him improve

He needs to play right away. Even if it's 5 minutes a game and work up to more. He just needs to get his feet wet and re-acclimated to competitive basketball.

I get it, but with all of that, wouldn't Red play him if he didn't think he was a disaster on the court? We've had some games where a couple possessions put us in the L column.

Assuming at face value that Chance has been medically cleared there is absolutely no way he could be worse than Carlos at this point, there is just no way. I just don't understand how he can't get 3 minutes a half

Cautiously optimistic. Hopefully when the coaches break down the film of the Tenn game, their analytics will tell them they still would have lost if Carlos only played 20 minutes.

Not this season. Can only hope he’s continuing to knock off the rust in practice, getting healthier, plays a bunch of ball in the off season, and comes back next year ready to go with no more setbacks.

The way I’m looking at it is like this: any contribution we get from him is a bonus.

It’s tough to have multiple injuries and miss years of bball and get back to the top of the mountain.

I *hope* he can become someone that we can depend on in the future. For now, it’s all cream cheese anything he brings.
