There’s a Tongue Dart party at the Marriott in Braintree, MA tomorrow night
There’s a Tongue Dart party at the Marriott in Braintree, MA tomorrow night
That is the 3rd time today that this board has made me laugh. Good jobWould this, by any chance, coincide with their Divorcee Night?
Was Zeed there?Great night. Practice from 5:00-6:00 was fun. I know shell drills are a little misleading but my god McCord was throwing DARTS all over. At this point he’s an NFL QB pitching pigskins on a college field. Oh and Meeks hasn’t dropped a contested ball in like 5 months. Darrell Gill looked spectacular as well.
Kennedy and Oh were both hitting 55 yard field goals. Keep in mind it’s inside with no pass rush.
Party at the new City center was immaculate. They had all the great Meier’s creek beers on tap as well as wine and great cocktails.
Food included prime rib sliders, lobster roll sliders , bacon wrapped scallops and a huge variety of passed hors douvres.
Players and coaches were so engaging. My favorite time was with Coach Nixon. He’s so excited his daughter is transferring here for soccer from Kentucky. His face was beaming. He said Will is coming along well. He called Oronde a freak.
Fran introduced EVERY SINGLE assistant. There were a lot. I think the Assistant to the assistant to the secondary coach got a shout out.
Fran has so much passion. He made it very clear. “You want Trebor Peña back here? Well in 2024 it takes MONEY. It’s just the reality of where we are “
Overall a very special night. The buzz around this program is palpable. The coaches know they are part of something big. What a great way to spend my first NIL money. Can’t wait for next year.
No. Not that i sawWas Zeed there?
I have an issue before the IRS. I was told by an IRS agent that it is 60-40 to be in my favor. I will take either one for the win. They are hoping to hear next week. At least one well connected person thinks the odds might be as good as 50/50.
Nice write up!Great night. Practice from 5:00-6:00 was fun. Fran came over to the sideline and shook our hands.

The silent auction items included signed jerseys, signed gloves, and a great white signed helmet.
Food included prime rib sliders, lobster roll sliders , bacon wrapped scallops and a huge variety of passed hors douvres. There was decadent dessert station with macaroons and other assorted cookies. That was the first thing Fran grabbed upon arrival.

Any talk about how our NIL was from anyone there?Great night. Practice from 5:00-6:00 was fun. Fran came over to the sideline and shook our hands.

Rothstein burner accountThe buzz around this program is palpable.
But there's only a 20% chance of that.
Got to hang with DCuse which is always great.
They are hoping to hear next week. At least one well connected person thinks the odds might be as good as 50/50.
Maybe why there’s back peddling on Collins?
Yes… if he hit the portal his NIL value was one of the highest on the team that’s intending to come back. Was there really a question that Peña was coming back?
Dcuse. If I may ask a clarifying question. Were you referring to DCCuse or Dcuse?
Was there really a question that Peña was coming back?
selfishly I'd rather win McCord than your IRS case...I have an issue before the IRS. I was told by an IRS agent that it is 60-40 to be in my favor. I will take either one for the win.
Yes, it was more if he was going to enter the draft or not.
Portal was an issue earlier in the season, from what I’ve gathered, people were throwing boatloads of money at him.
Assuming we gave him some $$$ and draft grades weren’t there yet
Id take Pena over Edelman anyway of the week. He seemed to make a name for himself just fine.He seems too small to play in the league but I’ll sure be rooting for him. Great player.
Jules played at 5' 10", 200 lbs.Id take Pena over Edelman anyway of the week. He seemed to make a name for himself just fine.
