Club Dart Party December 18th

There’s a Tongue Dart party at the Marriott in Braintree, MA tomorrow night

Great night. Practice from 5:00-6:00 was fun. I know shell drills are a little misleading but my god McCord was throwing DARTS all over. At this point he’s an NFL QB pitching pigskins on a college field. Oh and Meeks hasn’t dropped a contested ball in like 5 months. Darrell Gill looked spectacular as well.

Kennedy and Oh were both hitting 55 yard field goals. Keep in mind it’s inside with no pass rush.

Party at the new City center was immaculate. They had all the great Meier’s creek beers on tap as well as wine and great cocktails.

Food included prime rib sliders, lobster roll sliders , bacon wrapped scallops and a huge variety of passed hors douvres.

Players and coaches were so engaging. My favorite time was with Coach Nixon. He’s so excited his daughter is transferring here for soccer from Kentucky. His face was beaming. He said Will is coming along well. He called Oronde a freak.

Fran introduced EVERY SINGLE assistant. There were a lot. I think the Assistant to the assistant to the secondary coach got a shout out.

Fran has so much passion. He made it very clear. “You want Trebor Peña back here? Well in 2024 it takes MONEY. It’s just the reality of where we are “

Overall a very special night. The buzz around this program is palpable. The coaches know they are part of something big. What a great way to spend my first NIL money. Can’t wait for next year.

I have an issue before the IRS. I was told by an IRS agent that it is 60-40 to be in my favor. I will take either one for the win.

Jules played at 5' 10", 200 lbs.

Trebor's a tad taller I believe, and a few pounds lighter. But the latter can be changed, obviously.

Edleman was a force of nature and one of my all-time favorite Pats.

Trebor's got an NFL shot if he lands in the right system with a coach who values his skills.

Id take Pena over Edelman anyway of the week. He seemed to make a name for himself just fine.

Idk, Edelman is 200+ lbs. Pena is 180 soaking wet and I doubt he’s that heavy (or tall). There’s also a question of his durability. He’s often hurt.

There’s certainly been successful small WRs but these NFL guys just seem more physically put together. They’re all exceptional to.

I think it’s a longshot. Same with Allen. These positions are a dime a dozen.
