I don't agree with that. We don't know what we don't know. All we do know is that the mystery man is interested. And then according to Pete T. a number of P-5 coaches have reached out. We don't know what it would take to get them here. What we might lose in NIl for going with someone other than Gerry. I think Gerry has a good shot still. I wouldn't run him down.

Dasher is saying huge influx of NIL for Gerry. Clearly Schertz is more experienced and probably a better coach now, especially offensively. Still, GMAC I think would do well with a lot of financial support.

Was in Buffalo last night… Schertz offense was the best I’ve ever seen in person. They were so impressive. Be curious to see how it holds up against a bigger Michigan team tomorrow.

You are correct, the casuals won’t like the hire initially, but once he is rolling, they will show up

They are a team built to beat teams like Michigan. Strong guard play and they don’t have to rely on layups to get points. Great 3P shooting team (obviously) and that’s Michigan’s weakness. Their bigs outside of Yaxel struggle to guard the perimeter. It’s such an intriguing matchup

TJ for sure because he has won a lot in the P4. Schertz has won a ton in lower conferences. It’s not as big of a divide as you think between GMAC with more NIL and Schertz.
