This is garbage!.. Then get the Globetrotters for a show .. Great coaches adapt to win with the talent you have .. I wanna win.. Not worried about showtime… If you find ways to win with players even if they “don’t fit the coaches system”.. then your a hell of a coach

I think what he means is today’s modern kind of basketball. Entertainment is part of the game. Win all you want, but 50-48 type if scores will not go over well.

Honestly, it’s kind of win win right now. You get Gmac you get the $$$ and new donors. If you get Schertz you get the better coach. I’m hoping Schertz but I think bc of the Duke game, the fans have a completely emotional excitement that wasn’t there before that game

Good grief This is exactly what I am talking about. How did they do in all of those games before they got Gerry as a coach?

They were awful the year before they hired Gerry and were pretty good the 5 years before that.

Not saying he didn’t do a good job but it’s not like Siena was a disaster for years and years before he showed up.
