No chance we winWorried about UNC. They might very well be firing Hubert Davis at season's end... Especially if they lose to Syracuse tomorrow

This. The cupboards were absolutely empty, and they’ve been hobbled by injuries. I have zero reservations saying he would bring a team with SU’s talent safely to the NCAAT.Honestly I think Medved will end up a solid hire for MN, host of circumstances stacked against him this year
Are you talking about Luke Murray? Who’s been discussed here at length? He was hired back in 2021, so five years ago. But he had been on Hurley’s staffs at Wagner and Rhode Island before that.
Choice quote from The Athletic article below:
“Dan Hurley has long had a reputation for coaching tough teams who play hard. But an offensive savant? Typically his defenses were always better than his offenses. Not until his 11th season as a college head coach did Hurley have a top-50 offense. And last season, when the Huskies finished third, was Hurley’s first time with a top-20 offense. This year’s Huskies enter Monday night’s national championship game against Purdue as the most efficient offense in college basketball. It feels like he’s on the verge of a dynasty.”

How UConn built the ‘most complex’ — and efficient —offense in college basketball
Dan Hurley and assistant coach Luke Murray devised an offense heavy on off-ball screening and cuts, and it may lead to back-to-back titles.www.nytimes.com
You’ve had some pretty, I’ll say, interesting… yes interesting… posts this week.
Didn’t you say this twice earlier.I watched their game last night.
I didn't think their offense or defense looked much different than what Autry tries to run.
They just run it better and more consistently.
Our defense, when it has been good, like early in the season, had nothing wrong with it.
The problem has aways been consistent effort.
My Twitter feed is full of delusional USF fans trying to convince themselves that USF is somehow a better job than SU for some reason lol.
Their two best players might be out ... Wilson and Veesaar. If so, should be close game lol...look what NC State didNo chance we win
There is a scenario in the future that is possible. If Syracuse doesn’t get it together and is left behind. USF gets elevated and investment flows in for them, but that day is not now lol. They are very well positioned though as a program for the future. Tampa is a great city. I can see the ACC wanting in on that if they lose some members in 2031.My Twitter feed is full of delusional USF fans trying to convince themselves that USF is somehow a better job than SU for some reason lol.
Big 10 or SEC aren’t going to take them over ACC or Big 12 schools though. There is a scenario in the future that is possible. If Syracuse doesn’t get it together and is left behind. Yes for sure, I meant Syracuse not getting into the Big 10 or the SEC and not turning the basketball program around leading to apathy. We still have a window to turn it around.Big 10 or SEC aren’t going to take them over ACC or Big 12 schools though.
