People disrespect Gerry. They talk about him like he's a kid. He played and coached at the highest level of college basketball for 20 years, won a national championship as a player, went to two Final Fours as an assistant and now as a head coach, with a totally overmatched team, took the #1 team in the country down to the wire. Somehow Schertz and Hodgson are vastly superior. Good coaches, but vastly superior and would coach circles around Gerry? Just like Scheyer did yesterday, right? I'd be perfectly happy with Gerry or Schertz, but Gerry doesn't take a backseat to him.

I would take TJ or Schertz with 9-11 million NIL over GMac and 15 million NIL 100 times out of 100. Those two would coach circles around GMac even if GMac had 5 extra million.

I’m not there yet. 5 mil difference is a lot of talent. And the difference between TJ and Schertz is big for me.

I just put TJ in a higher tier in the p4 with his eyes on a final 4.

And gmac with 5 mil more is a lot.
