I have a ton of respect for BYU traveling 2,000 miles on 2 days notice to play that game. They showed more program courage in a week than UCF showed in years.

That is dirty and was clearly purposeful. The kid wasn't even close to the play, just standing there. Didn't see any but were there flags? Seem like unnecessary roughness.

Edit: there were no flags. The inconsistent nature of refs can be ridiculous. Touch a facemask of a QB and it's a penalty. Tag team a QB away from the play like it's a WWE match and it's all good.

I have no problem with the first guy #34, he is trained to do exactly what he did. #94 took it too far. It was unnecessary to take him down and throw his body on top of him. #94 was a transfer commit to Cuse at one point.

But we have a slap that looks like Lloyd Christmas throwing a pillow at the bad guy and we get 15.

I hate to see football players as angry as 94 appeared on that play. It's unfortunate.

Dude should have immediately been ejected from the game. At least one PF should have been called which would have set up a long FG attempt.
